Lynda Williams has been a litigator for more than twenty years, specializing in administrative hearings before the California Office of Administrative Hearings and other state administrative hearing offices. She is licensed to practice law in California and in the United States District Court, Eastern District. She has also worked with the California legislature, drafting consumer protection laws and regulations that were signed into law.
She began her legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Contra Costa County, where she worked with children’s issues as a member of the Child Victims Unit. She first advocated California Special Education appeals in 2002 as an attorney with the California Department of Health Services. While there, she was senior attorney for California Children’s Services, advocating state sponsored medical benefits for children with special needs. Throughout her career, her focus has been to work with families to identify the best options for therapy and educational support as part of their child’s right to a “Free and Public Education”.the top Educational Consultants, Psychologists, and Professors from around the country. He is the former National Development Coordinator for TASH. He has advised Congressional members, Governors, U.S. Senators and White House Cabinet members regarding disabilities.
