Diana Renteria is a licensed attorney with two decades of experience litigating and facilitating in family law, domestic violence, civil harassment, special education, and a board member of multitude of community legal services. Dedicated to empowering clients, families, and students by deftly navigating the regional legal systems. Ms. Renteria brings a sharp expertise in both litigation and system navigation – gained from both private practice and her civil service – making her an ideal of counsel member to the Law Offices of Fazil A. Minir and its powerhouse special education legal team.
She graduated fro UC Riverside, with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Law and Society. She received her J.D. from Western State University. She bagan her career in insurance defense and shortly opened her own practice, providing legal services in family law, probate, juvenile law, civil disputes, for 10 years.
Thereafter, she expanded her experience as the only mid-county Family Law Facilitator in Riverside County for the Superior Court of California in Riverside County. In this capacity she assisted and guided over 27,000 self-represented litigants with their legal matters.
Ms. Renteria is proud to be associated with our Law Offices in providing aggressive prosecution of school district in failing to provide fair and appropriate public education on behalf of students and their parents.
